It’s amazing working in and around food! I’ve always been curious of where food from the grocery shelves come from, how they came to be and why we like what we like. I became obsessed with the world of food ever since I learned how to cook. After years of work as a food technologist, I now have the opportunity to share my technical know-how to food start-ups and SMEs.
